Fancy an Old Fashioned or Aperol Spritz? Our extensive cocktail menu pays tribute to all the classics (not to mention a few insanely good retro cocktails deserving of a comeback).
But what we’re truly famous for are our signature cocktails.
Designed by an international mixologist and inspired by the glorious Blue Mountains, they turn a cocktail into a one-of-a-kind experience.
Of course, Aunty Ed’s bar wouldn’t be complete without our lighter options. Limited edition craft beers and hand-picked regional wines are the perfect lunch or dinner accompaniment.
And when the delicious Winter chill descends, there’s nothing quite like our handcrafted mulled wine and hot apple cider to warm you up.

We take our coffee seriously. Our beans are locally sourced and because no-one deserves a life void of good coffee, our extensive range of alternative milks caters for all tastes and dietary needs.

Date night? Snuggle into a booth and enjoy dinner, dessert, and a few drinks with the tunes of Fleetwood Mac, the Rolling Stones, and retro geniuses playing in the background.
Looking for a child-friendly meal? We’ve not met a child yet that doesn’t love our kid’s menu – and don’t get us started on the milkshakes! Just quietly, they’re just as appealing to us big kids as they are to the younger ones...
Friday night party night
It’s a common occurrence for dinner with friends becoming an impromptu all-nighter at Aunty Ed’s – and we love it! Be served fabulous food before moving to the bar for a few drinks. And for those who like to pop outside for a ‘breath of fresh air’, our beer garden ensures you can do so without missing a thing.
For those who like a bit of dance action, be sure to follow our socials to stay in-the-know for our dance nights. Join us every few months as we host a live band and transform the seating area into a dance floor. Whether there’s two or 20 of you, it’s the perfect party night!

Join us on Sundays between 6pm and 8pm, and relax to the sounds of local artists performing live jazz. With jazz known to reduce negative feelings and increase positive ones, it’s the perfect antidote for those Monday blues!
